East Side Contemporary
An East Side mid-30’s couple wanted to remodel their 50's era kitchen and bath. An upscale, clean, fresh look and a greater sense of space were their primary design concerns as was the budget.

Waylan’s design included opening the wall between the dining room and the kitchen to create a bar and seating. Windows were relocated and the existing island was removed. The result - an open floor plan and more space.

A sleek, contemporary look was achieved through product selection, lighting, and color choices. The budget was maintained through consistent project management and product choices.
