An East Side mid-30's couple wanted to remodel their 50's era kitchen and bath. An upscale, clean, fresh look and a greater sense of space was their primary design focus in addition to budget concerns.

Waylan’s design opened up the wall between the dining room and the kitchen with a bar with seating space. Windows were relocated and an existing island was removed allowing for an open floor plan and an overall feeling of greater interior space.
